Thank you for your order. Let's make sure you receive everything you need as soon as possible.
Did you receive an order receipt?
It may take a little while to get the receipt. If you do not see it in your mail,

a) make sure the ordering process was completed correctly,
b) check the email address you used during the ordering process was correct, and/or
c) look into your SPAM folder. Sometimes the receipt does end up there.


I ordered a membership and/or subscription service! How do I get started?
While we are trying to take care of your order, as soon as it is received, day and night, there are limits to our availability. Particularly when you order during the night, please do not always expect an immediate response. You make sure you get our full attention, the setup of subscriptions is a manual process, that in some cases takes a while.

Typically once processed you will receive a welcome message that includes your user-id and password and additional information to get you started. If you have not received such a message within a reasonable time, please check your SPAM folder. Some of the email providers are more selective than others, and the message might have ended up there.

If you have not still have not received the welcome message email a short note to PICK34COM@GMAIL.COM and include your invoice number and we will look into the situation immediately.

I ordered a Windows software! How do I get it going?
Most of our software has a free trial period (besides some Tools and Wheels), so you can use the software after download for a certain time period. So to get started faster download the software, there is usually a download link on the order page.

We also send you an email with this information as part of the order process, so again check your SPAM folder if you do not see it.

Once the trial period is over, the software requires a password to become functional. The system typically provides you with a User Number (a number between 1 and 1000). Please email us that number together with the software name and the invoice number to PICK34COM@GMAIL.COM and we sill send you the corresponding password as soon as we can.

Passwords consist of both digits and letters. Letters are always CAPITALS. The "O" always refers to the letter "O".
